Our story and journey
We are a specialist recruitment firm focussed on Management Consultancy. We were founded in London in 2003 with the objective of supporting the complex and dynamic consultancy industry in their hiring and growth plans, and offering an excellent service to our candidate community.
Over the last almost 20 years we have seen huge growth in the consultancy industry in the UK and internationally, and also shifts in the sector driven by wider changes in business and society. Whilst there continues to be significant hiring across all areas including Strategy, Change and Operations, there has been a huge growth in the areas related to Digital and Analytics.
There is a much greater appreciation of the value that consultants can bring to business today than when we first started. There has also been a boom over recent years in start-up and scale-ups including "tech unicorns" which have been major hirers of ex-consultants. We have supported a large number of organisations who are industry firms who have looked to hire specific management consultants for their teams to support their fast growth or to embed changes they are making.
We have developed very strong networks and contacts across the sector and we are known for our focus on quality, integrity, and in-depth knowledge and insight. We only undertake assignments where we have a strong capability. We typically support clients over the long term and on multiple assignments.
