Mindbench is a growing specialist team of ex-consultants and search professionals. We have excellent knowledge and industry knowledge gained working in the sector for over 20 years. Our founder Richard Stewart, worked in management consultancy prior to founding Mindbench. We are a friendly team who emphasise integrity and we only take on assignments where we genuinely believe we can add value, and partner with clients over the long term.
We have specialist knowledge in several areas including Strategy, Digital, Change Management, Operations and Analytics. We also have extensive experience across business sectors including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, TMT, and Government amongst others. We have a growing expertise as well in areas related to ESG including "Net Zero" and Carbon reduction approaches. We have excellent language capability and have supported on hiring across several countries in Europe, across the Americas, the UAE and Asia.
